ABOUT US

Hi!  Allow me to introduce myself.  I'm Rebecca.  I'm a mom of 5 totally awesome kids, a wife to the man of my dreams, and an almost graduated (YAY!!!) student.  I'm looking forward to receiving my degree in Human Development and Family Studies, with a minor in English in the summer of 2013.

I'm on a mission to help families thrive, starting with my own.  My most important goals and dreams center around creating a happy marriage every day and raising my kids to be successful, happy people, but I also plan to become a Marriage Family Therapist and hopefully write books in all my spare time (ha!).

I love to cook healthy meals, learn new things, have great conversations, play games, read good books, camp, hike, travel, and hang out with my family.

My name is Jeremy Bailey and I am happily married to my wife of 7 years.  My oldest son is 6, my daughter is 3 and we are expecting our 3rd at the end of June, 2013.  I met my wife in Argentina and we have made West Valley City, UT our home.  I own my own graphic design and print brokerage and we are very active in church and the Hispanic community.

A few years after high school I was contemplating a career change.  I wanted to make sure that my career would have a positive impact on society.  I realized that the best way to help society is to help families.  I made the decision to become a Marriage counselor and am still working on that goal.  Because I work full time I can only take a couple classes per semester so although I am a Senior at the University of Utah I still have about 3 more years before I will graduate with a Bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies.

My name is Tara. I am very close to graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Human Development and Family Studies! I am also in the process of getting a certificate in Family Life Education.

I love learning about individual and family development/functioning, and hope to find different ways to educate children, teens, and those I come in contact with, about good communication with peers and families, and emotional and social well-being. I speak for my fellow group members when I say that we hope that those reading this blog (married or not) will enjoy becoming enlightened as they explore its contents!
